Linwood Park Apartments - Brooklyn, NY

Linwood Park, located in the recently re-zoned Atlantic Avenue corridor in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, is a 10-story, 105,000 sf building with 100 apartments and approximately 3,500 square feet of community facility space located at street level. The project includes housing for formerly homeless families, low income families earning under 50% of AMI, and low income individuals and families earning under 60% of AMI.

Linwood Park Apartments features a community room with kitchenette, computer lab and children’s library, exercise room, laundry room, landscaped outdoor space, as well as green features including a photovoltaic solar installation and energy efficient appliances.
