Utica Place - Brooklyn, NY

In partnership with L&M Development Partners, Alan completed this 87-unit affordable rental building and an adjacent 60,000 sf retail and community facility building located at Utica Avenue and Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The residential building serves low-income households earning less than 60% of the area median income. 26 units are reserved for veterans with supportive services provided by the non-profit Jericho Project.  

The four-story retail building is being financed using New Market Tax Credit financing.  The development is located a short block from the Utica Avenue Subway station on Eastern Parkway which is the terminus of the 4 line and a major transit hub for Brooklyn.
