Walton House is a 10 story building with 90 apartments, including 89 studios – 56 for homeless veterans and 33 for young adults leaving temporary supportive housing – and one super’s unit. All of Walton House's residents are formerly homeless low income households.

The building includes a community room with kitchenette, computer lab and library, exercise room, laundry room, and landscaped outdoor space. Walton House has energy-efficient appliances in all units and complies with NYSERDA and Enterprise Green Communities program standards.
